Customer Appreciation Day 2026 Giveway

Entry Period

This Giveaway begins on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 12:01 AM EST and ends on Wednesday, June 24 ,2026 at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”).

Eligibility

This Customer Appreciation Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of Lycoming, Clinton, Northumberland, Union, Montour, Sullivan, Columbia or Tioga counties to enter. All entrants must be 18 years or older to enter the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law

Sponsorship

The Giveaway sponsor is Woodlands Bank (“Sponsor”), located at 2450 East Third Street, Williamsport PA 17701. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Giveaway, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules.
 

How to Enter

In-branch entry:

During the Entry Period, visit your local branch to enter in to win the branch giveaway which includes Woodlands Bank items and 1 $25 gift card to a local business. All paper entries from the branches will be entered into Grand Prize Giveaway (Woodlands Bank promo items and 8 $25 gift cards to local businesses). Branch locations can be found at woodlandsbank.com/locations.

Online Entry

During the Entry Period, visit the Giveaway registration page located on Sponsor’s website at woodlandsbank.com/customer-appreciation26 and follow the instructions to electronically complete and submit the Giveaway entry form. You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, phone number, and email address and choose which individual branch giveaway you would like to be entered. All website entries will be entered into Grand Prize Giveaway. (NOTE: You must complete all required fields of the entry form with information that is valid on the date of the drawing to be eligible). Only one Grand Prize Giveaway  entry will be counted. Participants may enter once (1 entry per participant) per branch through the online entry form. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Participating Local Businesses. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and/or Administrator and not to Facebook or Participating Businesses. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.

Winnings

In-branch entry:

8 winners will be chosen at random on Thursday, June 25, 2026 to receive Woodlands Bank items and 1 $25 gift card local business. Winners will be notified via phone. Winners must claim their prize by end of business day Monday, June 29, 2026. If prize is not claimed, winner will forfeit prize and another winner will be chosen.

Grand Prize Giveaway

1 winner will be chosen at random on Monday, June 22, 2026 to receive Woodlands Bank items and 8 $25 gift cards to local businesses. Winners will be notified via phone. Winners must claim their prize by end of business day Monday, June 29, 2026. If prize is not claimed, winner will forfeit prize and another winner will be chosen.

We’ve been made aware of scammers calling and impersonating Woodlands Bank and requesting banking credentials or other personal identifying information.  For ACH transactions, we will never ask you to provide us with your token number and we will never ask for your Internet Banking credentials, Social Security number, or account information through calls or texts.  If you may have shared this information, contact us immediately so we can help protect your account.

Who Should Be Nominated?

Nominated individuals should be a deserving non-paid individual who provides countless hours of volunteerism and support to a local non-profit. Nominated by the non-profit, the individual will not only represent their personal accomplishments and giving, but also provide the non-profit with the chance to showcase their efforts throughout the community. The person submitting the nomination must be involved with the organization.

Important E-Statement Information

We would like to inform you that our e-statement customers will not receive a special paper statement on October 4, 2024. This statement will continue as an e-statement. With access to e-statements being unavailable during our upgrade weekend along with the delay of this e-statement being made available to you through Online Banking, we wanted to provide you with options available to you to receive your statement.
If you would like to receive a copy of your paper statement recapping your account activity from your last normal statement issued through Friday, October 4, 2024, please do one of the following:
On or after October 7, 2024:
  • Call us at 570.327.5263 to request a paper statement be mailed to your address.

  • Visit your local branch to request a paper statement.

System Upgrade Important Information

Our System Upgrade will begin today, Friday, October 4, 2024 and continue throughout the weekend. Please see below for important times.
Online and Mobile Banking will be unavailable starting at 6:00 PM today, and will be unavailable until the afternoon on Monday, October 7, 2024. Please make note of your balances and plan for your cash needs during the System Upgrade. Your debit card will continue to work normally throughout the upgrade weekend.
Mobile Check Deposit will be unavailable starting at 3:00 PM today. Checks can still be deposited by visiting your local branch until 5:00 PM today.
Bill Pay will be unavailable starting at 4:00 PM today. All bills schedule for payment prior to this will process according to when they are set to be paid.
All offices will be closing at 5:00 PM today and will be closed on Saturday, October 5, 2024.

Change in Branch Hours

We want to inform you that we are making some changes to our branch office hours. These changes will go into effect on January 1, 2024. Our primary reason for changing our hours is to allow our employees to have a better work-life balance. In-turn, this allows us to better retain our excellent employees which results in even higher standards of customer service that our customers know and love.

We understand that our new hours may affect some of our customers’ normal routines and for that we truly apologize. We recognize change like this can be hard.

  • $1000.00 daily minimum balance to earn interest & avoid a $5.00 monthly service charge.

Qualifying Requirements include:

  • At least 1 bill pay or ACH payment transaction
  • At least 12 debit card purchases

Note: Enrollment in e-Statements is required in order to open a High Interest or Cash Rewards checking account.
