Festival

Celebrate our community with your friends and neighbors! Join us for a festival of giveaways, free food, games & music.

Details

Bring your friends and family out and join us at New Trail Brewing for an afternoon of fun. Backyard Broadcasting will be on location, giveaways every half hour and lots of free food, while supplies last. Be sure to show up and register prior to the first giveaway happening at 1:30PM.

Giveaways

Join in on the Giveaway Festival just by showing up! All attendees will receive one major giveaway ticket and five small giveaway tickets. You use the tickets to enter into any of the giveaways you wish to win. Major giveaways will be chosen throughout the event every half hour starting at 1:30PM. Small giveaways will be drawn at the end of the event.

Major Giveaways

Use your major giveaway ticket you will receive when you arrive to enter into any of the six major giveaways, all valued over $250! One major giveaway winner will be drawn every half hour throughout the event. Be sure to arrive before 1:30PM if you want a chance to win the first giveaway. Use your small giveaway tickets you recieve when you arrive to enter into any of the small prizes, Here's a glimpse at some things that are up for grabs!

No Purchase necessary to enter or win. Must be 18 years old or older to enter. You must be physically present at the event to receive your free giveway tickets and enter into the drawing(s) of your choice. You do not need to be present at time of drawing. All prizes must be claimed by October 2nd, if prize is unclaimed a new winner will be drawn. Limit one major giveaway ticket and five small giveaway tickets per guest. Food

No community celebration would be complete without a cookout! Enjoy some summer cookout food, snacks, non-alcoholic drinks and more free of charge.
New Trail's bar will be open and serving up their iconic beer all afternoon. Cash bar.
Leonard's Backyard Bistro food truck will also be on site offering other food for purchase.

Kids Activities & Games

Bring the kids out and let them run wild with activities, prizes and games. Plus there will be fun things for adults as well. Here's some highlights of things we will have on site.

Who Should Be Nominated?

Nominated individuals should be a deserving non-paid individual who provides countless hours of volunteerism and support to a local non-profit. Nominated by the non-profit, the individual will not only represent their personal accomplishments and giving, but also provide the non-profit with the chance to showcase their efforts throughout the community. The person submitting the nomination must be involved with the organization.

Important E-Statement Information

We would like to inform you that our e-statement customers will not receive a special paper statement on October 4, 2024. This statement will continue as an e-statement. With access to e-statements being unavailable during our upgrade weekend along with the delay of this e-statement being made available to you through Online Banking, we wanted to provide you with options available to you to receive your statement.
If you would like to receive a copy of your paper statement recapping your account activity from your last normal statement issued through Friday, October 4, 2024, please do one of the following:
On or after October 7, 2024:

  • Call us at 570.327.5263 to request a paper statement be mailed to your address.

  • Visit your local branch to request a paper statement.

System Upgrade Important Information

Our System Upgrade will begin today, Friday, October 4, 2024 and continue throughout the weekend. Please see below for important times.
Online and Mobile Banking will be unavailable starting at 6:00 PM today, and will be unavailable until the afternoon on Monday, October 7, 2024. Please make note of your balances and plan for your cash needs during the System Upgrade. Your debit card will continue to work normally throughout the upgrade weekend.
Mobile Check Deposit will be unavailable starting at 3:00 PM today. Checks can still be deposited by visiting your local branch until 5:00 PM today.
Bill Pay will be unavailable starting at 4:00 PM today. All bills schedule for payment prior to this will process according to when they are set to be paid.
All offices will be closing at 5:00 PM today and will be closed on Saturday, October 5, 2024.

Change in Branch Hours

We want to inform you that we are making some changes to our branch office hours. These changes will go into effect on January 1, 2024. Our primary reason for changing our hours is to allow our employees to have a better work-life balance. In-turn, this allows us to better retain our excellent employees which results in even higher standards of customer service that our customers know and love.

  • $1000.00 daily minimum balance to earn interest & avoid a $5.00 monthly service charge.

Qualifying Requirements include:

  • At least 1 bill pay or ACH payment transaction
  • At least 12 debit card purchases

Note: Enrollment in e-Statements is required in order to open a High Interest or Cash Rewards checking account.

Treasurer's Checks

A Treasurer’s check is drawn on the bank’s own funds and signed by a bank employee. These checks are treated as guaranteed funds because the bank, rather than the purchaser, is responsible for paying the amount. They are commonly required for real estate and brokerage transactions. There is a small fee for these checks and they are only issued to bank customers.

Wire Transfers

Wire transfers help move money electronically from one person to another, domestically and internationally. This is an effective, safe way to transfer funds between banks. For a small fee, our customers can quickly send payments to others. The cutoff time is 1PM for International wires and 2PM for Domestic wires each business day.

Safe Deposit Box

A safe deposit box is located inside a bank vault and is used to store valuables. A financial institution rents out safe deposit boxes, and they can be accessed with keys. For a small annual fee you can safely store your important papers, etc. You can access your box during the bank’s normal operating hours.

Notary Services

In the United States, a Notary Public is a person appointed by a state government and whose primary role is to serve the public as an impartial witness when important documents are signed. This service is available at each office of Woodlands Bank and is only available to bank customers.
