WOODLANDS BANK CELEBRATES ACCOMPLISHMENTS
PROVIDING HIGH SCHOOLS A WEB-BASED EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY

Woodlands Bank awarded a scholarship to Gina Paisley of Muncy, Pa. Woodlands offers a scholarship to qualifying graduating seniors that successfully completed the Financial Literacy Course at the schools where they sponsor the Everfi Financial Literacy Program. Gina is a graduating senior at Muncy High School bound for Penn State in the Fall.

Woodlands Bank representatives attended awards ceremony at Loyalsock Middle School presenting students that successfully completed the Everfi Financial Literacy Program with a certificate and small gift.  Pictured below are those students who achieved above average scores on all modules in the program.

Students have access to the web-based program which uses the latest in new media technology such as simulation, gaming and adaptive-pathing. Through this platform, students will become certified in hundreds of topics in personal finance, allowing them to become more informed, responsible citizens.
